Isaac Tichenor, Esquire-

Sir,
I have this day complied with
the request which you have made of me
in your note of the 20th instant, in behalf
of the Trustees of the College at Middlebury,
in the state of Vermont, by causing a copy
of Seybert's Statistical Anuals to be addressed
to the Rev.  Dr.  Bates, their President.
